Draft. These are the commitments the app is being built to. A full privacy policy will be published before launch.
In this preview
Everything you enter stays in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent to a server. PDFs you drop in are read on your own device and aren’t stored.
What we’ll collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and send deadline reminders.
- The requests, events and letters you choose to add.
- Nothing else: no tracking, no third-party analytics, no personal information in logs.
Where it’s kept
On servers in Canada. Letters you upload are encrypted with a key unique to you. Our list of outside services, with each one’s country, will be published here.
AI reading
Off unless you choose it for a specific file, and we recommend you don’t. Before anything is sent, you’ll see exactly what happens to the file and can enter the dates yourself instead.
Your rights
- Export everything we hold about you, in one click.
- Delete everything, instantly, including your account and your encryption key.
- Ask our privacy officer anything about your information.
